i just called HSBC to check on my application status, still pending. at least I know it is there already.

I received email last 2 days, mention that my application approved. Waiting credit card only, will deliver within a week..

My case worst.. Send to ringgitplus but no one call me

HSBC rebate system is very complicated. To track the rebate also very difficult. The weekends rebate is to be rebate 6-8 weeks later. The weekday rebate is on other interval. To call CS and talk to a human is very time consuming in HSBC. At times , you could just sit there and waited 30 mins. Sometimes, I met with some unprofessional CS. Then I need to call like 10 times to solve an issue. At the end, I rather just spend extra 100.

May 19 until now.. Sent email to ringgitplus twice to check d.. Still no news..

have been sent the redemption code to ringgitplus for more than 1 week to redemp my Huawei media pad. havent get my item yet. sigh....

My RP application is approved. Is the unique code = Application ID?

Lucky me. just apply through ringgitplus on 27/5. 29/5 they contact me and ask me to provide all the document needed.

waa.. so many ppl applied through ringgitplus here?

my application was quite smooth

may 10 - submission via ringgitplus
may 12 - hsbc agent called and get my info through the phone.
may 18 - hsbc agent called and my card is approved
may 25 - received my card, activated.
june 01 - called hsbc directly to get the code and redeemed the gift online.


now waiting for my free huawei tablet... don't know when will arrive =.=

it took 7 days from approval to the delivery of the card, that is pretty long. normal post or courier?

Maybe you all apply for higher credit card like Platinum and above ?? So process should be more faster??

hi, received my card and activated but too bad the CS on phone not able to provide me RP blackberry redemption code, asked me to wait for 2-3 days if not receive then only call again... is it normal ?

At least 7 working days to process. If not then only call.
I am also waiting for the code.
