I agree if compare to chapalang ah dog ah cat development out there, this WS3 is a much better buy.

But those who buy WS3 will sure have enough holding power, so unlikely we will see fire sale or lelong in future.

sefina where got so cheap... 750psf after discount at least le according to the SA. Location wise of couse parkcity better...

for prop purchase cannot just look at location only..its not that simplistic..
there are so many other factors to consider including price...amenities,
future catalysts , developer, etc..

Location come first in selection of property. However, If you take into consideration on all you mentioned, parkcity still more superior than sefina.

Location of course is Mont Kiara more central compared to DPC.

Let the time proves it...

for me location is tie to pricing - both equally important..KLCC is good location right ? so based on that everything in KLCC can be bought regardless how much?

"more superior" is a relative term so more specifics are needed.

Buy buy buy... no need argue this is better or klcc better.. is all about capital appreciation. so far i got no complain on the investment return from parkcity. The only regret is didnt buy from day one.
