Drastic increment in price is mainly speculation all tis while.
Many other dev hav priced their prop closer to dpc in psf nowadays. Tis might giv dpc an advantage to secure more own stayers. In dpc condo, price is stubbornly staying high with the latest vped ws2 at 800psf. Might not b easy cos ws3 is gonna launch at 700+psf. But its not apple to apple comparison liao cos 1 is immediate and another 48 mths later. But if toking bout landed then yes its vely expensive at dpc. Limited stock with limited transactions I blif not bcos of no buyers but no sellers. |
