BR3 looks odd shaped, it's weird and probably not much light as the window is small and hidden by a jutting wall. weird shape.

what is meant by "affordable housing"? you mean, like project perumahan rakyat type? or does it just mean that they will launch mickey mouse units of 400-500sft studios in future so making the units affordable? i mean - 600k for 500 sft studio isn't really 'affordable housing'....

well, that's kind of true. at least got some international certification of quality right? but recently hoohah over some DBSS housing (trivelis in clementi) , lots of complaints ... but conquas audit 87. so , in the end ,... don't really know if it really matters!!

Not recall 100% clearly sir. However , I don't recall any unit facing inside dpc to be under a mill when browsing the sales chart. So about 70-100k more for better facing, although the unit layout could be different.

i've seen 3harmoni. it's location there isn't good. they're townhouses and parking is only 2 car tandem park, is one thing. but it very close to HTC, and next to LDP and also NSHW. the access road into 3harmoni is also very weird. but the quality fit and finishing isn't too bad.

as for sunway SPK the older houses sigh. they were only 600k back in 2004 and i was at their launch but didn't buy cry.gif at current prices, might as well buy DPC itself.

oh i see. yah i saw the semi finished road. but i thought it was connect to LDP, not to 3harmoni. but open the road in a way, ppsb is benefiting sunway, so why should they since sunwayspk isn't their development. as for commercial, people can still visit the waterfront the normal route (come from the big roundabout). furthermore opening another road means additional security measure to take.
