Everybody wants to buy new mah. One slight drawback for DPC is the location is not that ideal compared to PJ/Bangsar/Damansara area. But I think WS3 is still quite good for own stay provided it suits the travelling patterns of individuals.

1ksf so small 2 rooms only got enough use meh? At least 1,400sf 3 rooms. At 720psf = 1mil. At 800psf = 1.1mil. Got difference or not? hmm.gif 1 mil also not easy to swallow for me. rclxub.gif

Exactly, some lower and some higher but if you say very few below 720 and mostly above 720, then 720 is obviously not the average.
