720psf is average price.

I am told to expect around 800psf for mid size at mid floor facing the west park.

Very very few units priced below the average price, and only big units and lower floors.

Higher floors and small/mid size pricing quite high, can buy westside two subsale already.

If below 720psf I would get a type C corner unit very low floor facing the 40 meter lap pool, but it also facing the future westside 4.

Type A3 or B1 facing the west park and Central Park is nice too but price psf is much higher.

You know the meaning? Average 720psf not necessary means all unit price at 720psf. Some lower and some higher.

Maybe 4 years later USD1 = RM5 and property price in PJ and DPC soar to 1500psf.

No she didnt say price increase, she just told me price FROM 750psf so average price might be 800psf instead of 720psf.

I am getting different info from PPSB, average 720psf, average 750psf, from 720psf and from 750psf.

If from 720psf it would be the biggest unit on the lowest floor. So 800psf for a small - mid size from mid floor.

Maybe from 650psf for those largest and units facing car park and all the way to 720-800psf for some nice and high floor units.

I walked in twice and served by 2 different girls who gave different pricing info. The rest of the staff just sitting in front of the computers.

Type A1 and A2 is too small, facing west and future WS4 and might come with higher price psf, type C should have the lowest price psf but the best bet should be Tye A3 and B facing the west park or Central Park.

From around 690psf for type C facing pool and 800psf for type B facing park.

Average price more like 750psf instead of 720psf.

I agree if compare to chapalang ah dog ah cat development out there, this WS3 is a much better buy.

But those who buy WS3 will sure have enough holding power, so unlikely we will see fire sale or lelong in future.

2% only, 5% is Bumi discount or type C only.

It is quite tough to pay 10% and sign SPA on the spot and non refundable if loan rejected.
