Hey guys, I need some input, whats the speed of Relakks + 1MBps vs. Relakks + 512kbps streamyx?

If I'm gonna be paying 5 EUR more a month then I've got to cut costs somewhere and it might as well be streamyx.
*
relaks+1mbs = 80kB/s - 100kB/s download speed
relakks + 512kb/s = 50+kB/s download speed

pretty good for torrent. But dont expect too much, now relakks server got so many problem, hard to login, browsing speed slow n more problem will come i think. But u still can try if u want.

dont know how long can relakks tahan msian user
before they start to ban us
but hoping this situation will not become true

The 219.93.xxx.xxx ip range seems to have better latency hence more likely to be seeded.

I'm using http-tunnel. Google it.

Edit: It's not the same as relakks but sufficient for BT. IMHO, it's better than relakks. smile.gif

The governemnt souldn't be interested in banning connections to sweedish IP addresses, TMnet might ban the connection to Relakks's VPN server.

Or even worse ban VPN traffic on Home streamyx accounts, though this would piss off a lot of companies like mine who use home streamyx accounts for biz and VPN use.

Why I'm interested in Relakks btw. is because its owned by the Swedish Pirate Party, lol check out the entry here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relakks
And cause its a darknet, so even if its servers are seized like piratebay, they probably don't have anything in the logs that is trackable.

But really, if 512kb + Relakks = 50+kB/s then its not worth it cause I can get 50kB/s by queueing up 10+ torrents on my current line, then add in limewire downloads which pushes my total bandwidth near the 80kB+ range. Of course the problem here is when my queue is low, that when the shaping affects me most. So now I have to consider if I should keep my 1mb streamyx line and then add a VPN soultion on top of that!

cry.gif cry.gif $$$, at this rate I might as well go back to visitng my local VCD ah beng, it might just be cheaper. doh.gif
