Those eligible to purchase oso TK de, since u MUST HAVE OWNED a min of RM1.4mil of EW props in order to be eligible to ballot ... sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

Eh TKJ, why must have owned a min RM1.4M prop first to be eligible for the ballot? Even if I currently own the cheapest unit of EW product also can ballot mah, betul?

I am interested on the Merrydale 22x70'. May I know any units still available? What is the best price for intermediate lot after discount? Any other special rebates or introductory rebates? Also, how much is the booking and payment structure?

Sorry2, that is the requirement for that 32 internal units. As for public units, all existing purchasers are entitled to ballot as long as they meet the requirements as set out by EM. notworthy.gif
