For me, commie is very diff compare to residential. Not necessary must be facing South but the parking, incoming cars flow, direction and entry / exit and accessibility towards next commercial phase of Silver Square.

I like middle row bcz the cars flowing from 2 sided would bypass this row, inclusive the flow would carry on towards the next commercial phase or mall.

Moreover, its 80" frontage and there are parking lots in the middle to separate both shop lots.

I also think cheapest unit has it advantages of being cheaper almost RM 200k compare to facing main road and more liquid upon selling later. Kkekkeke
