Is Ivoris the only shop lot unit in this township?
I'm thinking to go for ballot, but worry something with the loan later, then 10% deposit gone.

Ivoris is not the only shoplots. You can expect to see more shop lots, offices, mall, office buildings etc in the 170-acre Silver Square.

Have you gotten the preliminary loan assessment result? Although that's still subject to proper credit assessment and final approval, the outcome shouldn't deviate too far.

So far got 1 from local bank which I financing my Tenderfield.
But worry too since 10% is about 140,000.
Besides, I'm working in Jakarta, which I worry bank is reluctant.
I stuck at the t junction now, don't know whether should go for it or not.

How many banks that you apply? I suggest you try 4 to 5 banks in order to get the best offer. The banks will take your job into consideration, so nothing to worry about (unless you have already signed the S&P before getting the loan). Since you are working in Jakarta, you intend to buy this for investment or own stay?

Tenderfield is definitely for own stay and thinking to buy Ivoris for own use also.
My wife is in education line.

I reasonably believe that your loan will get approved since you are thinking to buy Ivoris which means your financial standing should be strong enough. You basically have about 1 day+ left to make decision on Ivoris. Good luck man!
