Generally the terrain of the land is flat and undulating. On the north-eastern part of Lots 1252 and 42195 there are hillocks that are about 100 metres above the mean-sea-level. The terrain slopes downwards from the three hillocks onto Lot 42195 towards the north east corner towards the south-west. Most areas on Lot 1252 are about 60 metres above the mean-sea-level. Lot 35 is generally between 50 metres to 76 metres above the mean-sea-level. The remaining areas of Lot 42195 are flat and undulating and lie about level with the Lekas Highway.
The above describe the terrain of the whole EM land which is made up of 3 plots of lands ie Lot 35, Lot 1252 and Lot 42195. Anyone happen to have the map that shows how the land is cut into these 3 lots? |

I presume regardless of what's the original terrain, developer always can do something to change the structure into desire terrain? True higher terrain normally for premium units. Based on what has been shared by bro vincentlhk and how EM slice the precints, presume eastern part are on the higher ground.Generally, the higher terrain normally for more costly units.. |

The highest ground is the Noblegates... guess this is where all the three knolls are per your earlier posting. |
