Saw there is an adv. in iproperty one of the owner is letting go the bungalow land @ RM 250/sq ft and that is a handsome gain which is almost double the purchase price and if this translate into a transaction. Land area is 6500sq ft.
With current market condition it could be tough to find a buyer at the asking price. |
