Just went site today @ Semenyih. kena poison liao. Marrydale corner lots looks very very tempting but Tenderfields clusters look very promising as well.

Either one is also good choice - 8D has large built-up (even bigger than cluster 2A, 2B and 2C) but 2A and 2B have larger land size. But of course if you buy 2D (only in South Garden), you will have a chance of getting RM10k discount from the eVoucher.

Other than the bigger built-up, 8D also has its unique features ie having the side balcony at the family hall and and the joint balcony which is assessible between bedroom 2 and 3 at the 1st floor. 8D units are quite limited, only 69 units with only 12 corner / end lots. You got to act fast!
