Trying to go from 108 to 80 and did not track calorie intake in the beginning
Do light jog everyday
After 1 month only lose 1kg

Now, tracking calorie.
Realised how much calorie i consumed without noticing
Even from healthy options.
Manage to lose 1kg in 1 week so far

I have tried to track my calorie intake today, however, i find it difficult to calculate because I always eat mixed rice and the apps cant give me approximate value to control icon_question.gif . How all sifu calculate these?

Oh yeah, And i realized that a lot gym people always eat Tandori-Ayam after they workout , what is the story behind? what if my dinner replace with tandori-ayam could help me some on weight losing?

First time I counted calorie, for whole week I didnt eat rice, just bread. Also eat measurable stuff like fruits and Subway sandwich. Once I get the hang of it, then baru agak agak. I have a mini scale at home due to my coffee addiction, so I learn to guesstimate 1 portion of rice = berapa calorie.

As for kuah, assume the worst. Kari banjir = 10 tablespoon of coconut milk or 5 tablespoon of butter.
Its preferable to assume you had more rather than less.

Keep track of everything. That tea or coffee with sugar and full cream milk in the pantry can kill you.

I am not trying to be funny. I am dead serious. That is the fastest easiest way. Book a doctor. Sleep on the bed for 45 min. Ikat 30 min. VOILA. Gone is less than 1.5 hours. I don't know what is faster than that.

If you want the long way, read the whole thread. The whole of it. This is like what? V4? I can bet on everything that I have that some one talked about calorie in vs calorie out thing.

Hi Guys,

I used to be overweight and managed to lose weight from XL-M size. My only concern at the moment is that im in plateau for 1 year and decided to take muay thai recently. Before that i used to do cardio only and switched to crossfit and weightlifting for 2 years.

I've been tracking my food through myfitnesspal and trying my best to follow it. I read that i need to fuel myself after exercise but i finish my muay thai class quite late and reach my house after 10pm. I need to wake up by 6:25am therefore i will sleep by 11is and would like any advice regarding this.

My daily intake is 1270 cals.

Liposuction is temporary procedure IMO. Or is it not.

Perhaps that is why you plateaued. I was there, done that. What I did was eat more and fats go off. Try bumping your calorie up by 300 to 400 for a week. If my end of the week you see fat loss, keep it there. If it plateaued again, eat more. It will only work for so long so keep on monitoring your progress with the mirror.

Even if it is for a show, 1300kcal is killer. Don't go so low.

Of course it is temporary. You do not know how those fats got on there the first place. Even after liposuction, you will not know still. So what makes one think that those fats will not go back if he/ she just keeps on doing what he did prior to the suction?

Will never consider liposuction. Liposuction for aesthetic is for the lazy and weak. Unless some one has special medical condition that doesn't allow them to move around and those fats are killing him/ her, then consider liposuction.

I saw these supplements in Watson/Guardians. Anyone tried these before and can share some of their experience?

I'm trying to lose weight and going to gyms as well. Just that I wish to slim down faster. Can anyone advice me what should I do besides cardio? Trying to control my food intake now as well.
