Will never consider liposuction. Liposuction for aesthetic is for the lazy and weak. Unless some one has special medical condition that doesn't allow them to move around and those fats are killing him/ her, then consider liposuction.

Seems like a logical argument. Recently i heard a lady from some middle eastern country was air lifted to india since she was very much overweight and the doctors had to perform a surgery on her. Do not know if what they was only Liposuction.

For every kind of health issues intake of water depends a lot. All you need to focus on the how much amount of water bottle you consume in day. The average is 5 liter of water that you should in take on daily basis. Water works as a miracle and helps to resolve other problems as well.
