start by 2014 end in 4-5 years is around 2018 - 2019.. brows.gif

bear2 u choose to hantam 730k with dsr80% repay with 1 household income, but my 3 mortgages will be repay by 3 household incomes. brows.gif

bearbear just go read Property Talk section. It has the second largest visits after Kopitiam in LYN. 90% of the readers there are talking about buying properties.

Yes, transaction is reduced. But the interest to buy property never down. Price never down. People keep on looking and asking for bargain.

All buyers hope for price drop. Human nature mah. But only small minority like the DDD detach from the reality hope for price crash. Of course DDD can dream on. They have been dreaming for 5-6 years anyway.

Practical people don't time the market one. Only gamblers time the market and hope for property crash.

Ah bear, i bought my first property on 2008. The developer has increase 8% of the property price before recession causing me to miss the 1300sqf unit which i affordable.
1 week different when i doing survey around the area. Ended up i take the 1100sqft.
The developer increase another 8% right after the recession. How you explain the price increment?
