Bearbear is very negative now. We crush his hopes. When a person is not happy, he will avoid things or persons who make him sad.

Totally agree. I was in this situation in the pass. I wasted my time with negative minded, stubborn, jealousy.
When i start change my attitude for my love one. I see the different thing.

I Jealous other junior with higher qualification. At end I work hard saving money and apply the part time degree courses to enrich myself.
I jealous friend & colleague around keep telling their property. At end I work hard for my 1st property which i affordable.

Actually no point for ice cream boy to jealous & curse those people which is better.
Do the UUU here curse those filthy rich people? No they don't

I wonder how am i as a peanut earner can really survive in future.
*
I believe still can survive. Change different lifestyle to adapt with the situation. Provided you not stubborn like somebody tongue.gif

I have been experienced my hardest time in 2008 recession. AIG (malaysia) downsizing and i have lost my job.
I need to cut my peanut pay to look for another job. I totally changed my lifestyle that time and adapt the situation. Luckily still can survive and no need to jump cliff

Yes, they are certainly in magical dreamland. It is so simple logic --> If everyone still has a job, it means home owners can service their bank loans. Why would people sell at a loss ? Look at the employment market now. Anybody is in risk of losing their job ?
He definately wont understand if purely base on text book theory.
As i told lastnight. I have been losing my job during recession. I am jobless but I can survive the hard time with my holding power.
He just live in a wonderland cursing every one with his saint mind.
