There's no news whether the MG Strike IWSP will include the launching pad from MG Strike...
QUOTE(300078 @ Oct 10 2006, 11:07 PM) Super robot wars series is a good choice, good quality, detailed, 90% color match to original. However price is quite high for 1/144 compare with HGUC, posability lower than the new HGUC kits. Don't get fooled by its scalealthough it's 1/144 it's almost as tall as 1/100 Gundam All the SRW & Armored Core plastic kits are from Kotobukiya the color seperation is good but the con side is the parts are small so when building it need to becareful not really recommend to newbies in building plastic kits |

QUOTE(dyrenforx @ Oct 10 2006, 11:01 AM) Thanks for all of your replies, Haha, believe me,you will get addicted and buy more and more and more until you dont know where else to put QUOTE(dyrenforx @ Oct 10 2006, 02:53 PM) Gunze paints have two type I think. One is Hobby colour another one is Mr.colour. Hobby colour and Tamiya are acrylic paint, which is more waterish and much easier to paint imo. Mr.colour is enamel paint, which is oily and more difficult for hand painter but the colour can last longer. Imo,for hand painters better go for acrylic paint which is Hobby colour or Tamiya. I personally like hobby colour more. |

Mr. Color is Lacquer paint which is arcylic base but need to dissolve with thinner I've heard that MV want to increase the rent of MH space so MH decided to shift kingkong81: If the flying base is better than MG Strike then it's worth to get Actually I prefer Bandai release the IWSP as options part then we don't need to have 2 MG Strike but I think it's impossible sine Bandai want to milk more money from us This post has been edited by whoami123: Oct 11 2006, 10:28 AM |

SRW model kits also have sharp sharp edges where it should be (unlike Bandai's blunt edges for everything), but the poses they have are very limited. I've did some comparison of the poses it can do with a bandai kit in my blog =,=Don't get fooled by its scale although it's 1/144 it's almost as tall as 1/100 Gundam All the SRW & Armored Core plastic kits are from Kotobukiya the color seperation is good but the con side is the parts are small so when building it need to becareful not really recommend to newbies in building plastic kits |

I'm not quite sure the differences between enamel & lacquer I just know both of them using different solvent so you can use them at the same time without melt / mix with each other's color one example is a lot of people use enamel black color to draw panel line on arcylic / lacquer paint infested_ysy: Bandai's models are more "user friendly" so it's more safe & easy to build furthermore Bandai also target on younger teenagers or kids Bandai has to take safety into consideration & made the edge to be blunt so that we won't hurt our fingers when building the model kits You can notice that building Kotobukiya's model is harder than Bandai's model |
