After 12am ,you cant use their service.

I use Hobby colour to paint my gundam,much cheaper compare to Tamiya's,but Tamiya's bottle looks larger than Hobby colour. I like Hobby colour more than Tamiya's...By the way,you are hand painting or using airbrush/spraycan?

Maybe other members here can give you opinion on what paint should be used.

I have been long didnt assembly and paint a gundam already....no time. Still have a lot of boxes I havent started to assembly. Miss my gundam painting time..sob

Haha,believe me,you will get addicted and buy more and more and more until you dont know where else to put But dont buy those RM30 one,they are pirated. try those HG 1st that is yes around RM60-100. You will notice the difference between original and pirated one. Later if you get enough experience,try MG,which is at least Rm1XX,more detail and have inner part. Welcome to the hobby!!

Gunze paints have two type I think. One is Hobby colour another one is Mr.colour. Hobby colour and Tamiya are acrylic paint,which is more waterish and much easier to paint imo. Mr.colour is enamel paint,which is oily and more difficult for hand painter but the colour can last longer. Imo,for hand painters better go for acrylic paint which is Hobby colour or Tamiya. I personally like hobby colour more.

Miniature hobby is the only model shop in Midvalley before XL came right? Wonder is it they worry XL will steal some of its customers,so they decided to move? Last time I always went to their shop to buy paints....

Wao...Mr.colour is arcylic base? I dont know . I only know it is like enamel paint,more thicker than normal arcylic paint. Enamel and lacquer are both oil paint right? Whats the difference? By the way,Thanks for the info mate

By the way,you use Mr.colour? Cos I heard a lot of expert prefer those thicker paint. I use hobby colour but I also add in a little of thinner...

Mh is the one at the top floor near Tamiya? If so,then I might have been mistaken with another shop. Thats one shop at 1st or second floor i think. They selling original one...I thought is that shop moved

HG kits can get RM30plus? Thats more like a BB price to me already... RM 40-50 still possible,but it is rare. And the guy mentioned he got a no grade gundam for RM30,so I was expecting those are pirated one...

I remember there is one shop at level one or two,quite good one,they sell original only. I think near Jusco and the escalator in south/north court. Sorry I forgot south or north already.

I am not sure because I hvnt visit the new Xl shop in midvalley yet. Maybe they already took over.

I think you should only play with toys not models.

Dont buy in jusco,they are selling more expensive than most of the hobby shops outside.

Bandai is always that evil,they wana make more money from us. They already did what you said on the earlier MGs. Remember:

Dom -> Rick Dom
ZZ Gundam -> FAZZ
Gundam MKII AEUG ver.) -> Super Gundam
Zaku I (Black 3 stars) -> Zaku II (Black 3 stars)
S Gundam -> EX-S Gundam
Zeong -> Perfect Zeong
etc.

So better think before you buy next time if you know that model has addon/better equipment etc.

And even the story is copying UC...

This is what I thought too. Seed destiny.....sigh.
If people wana compare which model design is nicer between UC and CE. Please look at the date the anime released. Some of the mecha arent even an upgraded version to me. It is just plain copy and paste or combine several mecha into one.

I dont mind they did that but I jus feel frustrated on some of the people that dont know anything about UC,but keep on saying CE is much much much better than UC. I even heard some kids who said UC's mecha copy from CE's. What a joke.
