If you could help me on the below :

1. Door Visor. Looking for a adequate door visor, been seeing venttex all around and saw some "Mugen" type, whats the diff eh? Price diff quite a lot.

2. Car Coating. Looking for car coating places around setapak, anyone to recommend? Or anywhere KL which is trusted. Parked my car in a building with my own parking, unlucky its beside walkway and it got small scratches quite often, assuming those ppl cant walk in between walkways. zz.

3. Headlamp "coating"? One mechanic told me should coat headlamp when it's new to prevent the headlamp plastic to seems like cracking. tempted to do it and they charged 80bucks for only headlamps. Is the price range normal? I think they stick some sticker on it, and it turns a bit darker in colour.

1. if not mistaken mugen type will be more cheaper then venttex .just take the cheapest one is enough

2. Do you mind to come pj for coating ? i have supplier for coating , whole set including body , rims , head lamp .

May I ask if 'whirling low pitch humming sound' is normal when pressing the brake at super slow speed i.e. when parking

nothing happened on mechanical side.. just warranty probably void.. but be informed to sc that u dont know about it and try your luck when inform to service advisor..

just change engine oil and oil filter only.. since new car, engine is running period for first 1000km..

good luck for u.. no need voucher also will do.. i never got the free voucher.. all will displayed in system.. they will auto use it by system, any amount exceed that voucher amount then jsut topup..

too bad for your sales agent too.. didnt inform u properly.. if just void warranty like that very wasted..

Some noobies question:-

What if I do routine service at other workshop and change everything according to service manual, will the warranty be void?

Issue here is, I heard a lot of complain with the Proton SC, and maybe I'll be finding other alternative to escape this problem if necessary.

Leg area of Co-driver side sometimes r having a few drips of water. Seems like from aircond. Is this even normal?

just because you mentioned the apple auto, want to know if over there they accept the free voucher? I dont have the physical printed one..only online e-voucher. Last time did the 1000km at bandar tun razak SC, was not very satisfied with the service.

I not so sure bro....cause i did not use free voucher on that.

Tun razak SC is bullshit. I when there on my first service. And i will not go back anymore. Complaint everything and just tell me is BIASA....

if u are entitled free service i would say use sometime to go there lo.. even though u are change everything according to needed parts, service centre still got reason to void the warranty. if possible, try send in to service centre for service within warranty period.

im from penang, i just go to Juru Autocity only.. only 1 things i dont like at proton sc is because take longer time. they got their procedure and rules.. but free service for 3 years.. so ok lo.. mostly im quite free, no issue for me to go there.. i will use better engine oil so just topup for the extra amounts..

regarding warranty void issue, not only for proton only.. should be all brand of car.

today , i saw a driver of kia cerato didnt turn off the lights of the car ( front , back and the interior) . But , suprisingly , the car went off after awhile she left the car. I believe this is not a new technology, What is that for ? Can someone explain?

Has anyone change the preve premium HU to android HU? The current HU GPS is useless, bluetooth pairing never work with any of my android phone (I have changed 4 android phone since I own preve, none of it manage to pair successfully), and connect through USB to play mp3 is never work on android phone too.

Any good android HU recommended? And can the current HU able to install in Persona? plan to move it to my old persona.

stock HU gps is useless. but bluetooth and others option are good enough.. i had no problem in pairing phone on my preve..

out there got a lot andoird HU.. but pricing u should survey around the accessories shop nearby your area

auto headlamp? once engine off, all light will auto off as well.. not sure it isnt same as what u mentioned here..

otherwise should be the smart key system.. if driver leave the car about 20secs, car will auto locked and off system.

Dear all Preve owners. Do you use the SAT mode and under what circumstances? I have tried it just now. It seemed like more quiet but the engine was not very smooth.

Preve got SAT mode? i thought preve dont have SAT mode. Only have Sport Mode

...very useless for me...i am enjoy with cvt....sat was making the car like conventional auto gb.....and it was more jerk compare to conventional gb...

If u own a premium preve...u do not have SAT as paddle shifting is more fun compare to the SAT feel
