Mine is 2012 version, I think. To upgrade will cost me a few hundreds $.

Lucky you!

Enjoy the power, stability and pride driving a Preve!

Is 2012 really that different for main road? I believe not so different. I wanna use the GPS inside car for long journey only.

Went to the service centre in kuching today to rectify a few problems. Asked the technician about gps, he told me tp update they have to send the sd card to KL. When i asked about the cost he said it's free but will take some time. Because i relocating soon i didn't send the sd card yet and they told me i can send through the service centre in my new location later.

Is this a new policy by proton? Cause as far as I've read here. Gps updates cost quite a bit

Waze is good for showing traffic. But the navigation prompts, ease of use and clarity is inferior to Garmin's. If you travel to places where there's no broadband coverage often, offline gps also makes sense. I'm more inclined to use Garmin routing & guidance, with Waze running in the background prompting for police, accidents etc.

BTW, I am a Royalty Wazer.

And If you are worried about privacy, you might not want to use waze. This is my editable areas, which means areas where I've travelled with Waze. If you are worried about waze having your personal data like this, don't use it.

Go HERE brows.gif Absolutely the best offline navigational program, unless you are using iPhone.

So far in Malaysia only garmin and papago is provided better map.

I'm using papago. I prefer the Ui in papago. Waze only for me to check traffic. Mostly I can found all poi I needed in papago. I will update the maps every 3 months.

Guys, any sunglasses holder accessories to replace the 'holder' on top of the driver's head?
