Went to the sales gallery just now. The villa is only 20+% booked. Not so convince with the concept.

My friend said he was surprise as some units which earlier booked is now available. Loan rejected?

Just my personal opinion.
1. I dont like townhouse. And townhouse in seg feel so odd.
2. They building 20 building with 240 units in a island looks so cramp.
3. There are dead end road in this phase which i dont like.
4. Dont like the fascade.
5. For that price.. i can buy landed in other areas.

1. i won't call it a townhouse, actually it is a condo. low rise condo. 4 units per floor x 3 floors, can't be a townhouse.
Where would you park the cars? under the blocks? if yes, it actually doens't look nice, like a void deck underneath.

2. it's 240 units on 13 acre, not really cramp, but compared to landed, yes it's cramped. that's why i felt SPS should shtick to landed for SEG.

4. Exactly what i expected people to say. In fact it's modeled after mediterranean architecture, but the problem is this kind of architecture already been used elsewhere long time ago for eg in pantai hillpark. so the look isn't new, in fact the circular arch and small windows make the building look old fashioned esp for us malaysian.

Hmmm. Can't really blame it all on the economy only. Pavilion 2 which was recently launched around 2k units 95 or 98% sold out within 1-2 weeks.

i thought already had 1 at Da Kung Zhai Restaurant which selling chap fan, and very nice siew pao..? behind Mian Dui Mian..... and they open until 9pm like that i think..

With the price tag at 850K, don't you think this property is not cheap? With this price you can get a link house in Cyberjaya. Furthermore the maintenance fees around RM400+ per month will not be cheap also

yes, its a personal choice and the context was what are the choices of food and other amenities one will have if one lives in CBJ/SEG.
