Depends how you look at this. Technically , it is not expensive on psf manner. However it may look to be marginally lower class compare to landed there.

Went there today to pay the utilities deposit ... The crowd so so ... Dun understand PSF of less than 600 , low density, nice township , but can't sell .
Like what earlier said , pavillion 2 price is ard the same also , higher price in term of psf, high density , selling price similar but smaller , discount lesser but selling like hot cakes

Hopefully the sale will pick up in the next few weeks. Based on current weak economy, the sale is considered good.

Still remember during the phase 1, 1st launching was at Cyberviewlodge and need to go tru balloting ... Those were the days ... With other developer still doing well ... Hopefully one day SEG will boom
