The leftover units (lepironia phase 1 and Liu garden Phase 1 & 2) are mainly the one has:-
a). corner unit with extra lands which the pricing is very close to next new phase - i.e, Rm1.4/1.5mil corner unit from liu li garden that top up additional Rm200K can get u a semi D in Lepironia garden or, at the same price can get you an islands unit in western heritage. b). Facing T-junction or backyard next to main roundabout / entrance into SEG of future backing condo type. You mean the huge discount is for the left over ? Then still reasonable as developer wanted to let go the unit.
Concern is on the latest phase if such huge discount is given then bit worrying . |
