Generally - which one will u prefer?

looking at price of latest launching...do u think SEG is slowly reducing price or not...pressured by the economy...or the price is still the same as previously, just that this phase is cheaper due to non landed and build up

My liu garden phase 1 Huan Xi type was sold at RM 1,138mil back in 2012.
That's 26x95 with backyard facing the fountain.
For this Isle of Kamares, 1414ft2 selling at RM 780K onwards (after 20% discount) don't you think it's a better value buy in previous phase? Rm300K+ price diff only ler for landed VS villa condo?
SEG makes this phase more 'affordable' by offering villa condo however I don't think they are reducing the price.
Also, no developer will do that to disappoint their previous buyer.

Note - USD 1 = RM 3.90++ expecting another price hike for commodities again for all import materials.

thats a good thing to hear..I bought mine Semi at 2.1M recently, sales was really bad at that time....I just hope they will not lower the price too drastically

Too be honest I don't think SEG has unleashed her potential yet in term of accessibilities and living environment.
Once phases 1 for liu li garden / lepironia garden / Nusantara islands VP + interchange completed, ppl only can truly feel the values offered by SEG.
Will be sharing some photos next.

I went there bought one and happy... SA said they have sold atleast 50units yesterday. My cousin bought liuli gardens... At first we all questionla why they launch apartment instead of landed... They said they want to give variety of property type in seg... And If let say they launch another linked semi d n bungalow.. Subsale for liuli n lepironia will have problem also...but whatever la im happy and will defitnitely introduce to my friends...2% cash back weeei.. Jom buat dueeet!!😁😁

Note - The landscape is getting better and better. If you notice carefully how they built the water feature - they laid a layer of tarpaulin on the ground to prevent mud stirring the water so that you can always maintain the crystal clear water quality.

This was the Q that discussed in 2012 whether can the new management delivered the end result in SEG.
looking at the progress done so far, I am satisfied.
