Yes - 26' x 20' is the standard size of the backyard.

They reviewed the design from bungalow to 3 storey strata with lift due to the current market condition. Heard there are some 500sq ft sizes but maybe booked by staff.

Separate islands different entrance different club house Somemore low density - still acceptable la.

but later some guys paid 800k also stay in an island..... tongue.gif

yes, i also wanted to know about the launch. the SA said the queue would start at 10am today.

selling price for 1500sf apartment unit is starting at RM950K ish…overpriced I think for cyberjaya location.

but i wonder how the sales today. hmm.gif

12 units per villa, there are 20 villas on the island. 4 units per floor. Orientation mostly north/south or senget a bit, only few blocks facing east/west. Price is ranging from 900k to 1.1mil before rebates.

Only 2 types available, 1414 sqft and 1500+ sqft.

The theme of the island is Greek, design is quite unique imo, well but it's subjected to diff view.

Oh not to forget, maintenance 30 cents including sinking funds.

Low rise condo with one lift per block , 3 storey low rise with 4 unit per floo . 200++ units with 13 acres , 16+2(+2% loyalty )discount setia 40th anniv. Interesting product, but will it bring down the "standard" of eco glades? Mana Ada queue... Sales pun lambat.
