Hope seg is a success too, nowadays a lot of doomsayers due to lks left sps.
In fact the latest launch even with 18% diskaun isn't exactly cheap. Just surprised spa launch low rise condo here given that seg supposed to be high end.

I expected it to be all landed no condo.

All landed that meant every new launch will be 15% higher - Susah mau jual la boss as ppl hasn't seen the true value yet

Launch condo sini jatuh standard la ... Nanti semua student renting . aduh . lain Kali launch low cost ke kalau tak boleh jual?

Lol let's put in a few sampan. also, I believe the water level will be higher covering those rocks. Imagine more water plants and a fountain, it will look awesome.

Student rent landed also but mostly the cheaper one right? Seg those pretty landed should be less?

That's why I always said SEG hasn't unleashed her potential and true value yet

I think renting Liu li super link at Rm4K per mth is resonable at the beginning?

Nice house want to rent wasted la. Are there many ppl bought for rental ?

Don't know ler..... I know few of us mainly bought to lock in long term inflation and depreciation of RM only.
Even renting at a lower rate we don't really mind.
