heard near to 50 unit sold

50/119 units sold. Not even half sold. That shows buyers are not keen. Hopefully it won't take yearsss for them to sell the remaining units like they did the low-rise condo.

Mayb price too steep , some more grd floor toilet no window nt many ppl can accept this. Anyway it was opened 4 sale only recently so 2 get 50 sold considered good achievement d

I think not bad la in this market. Some more it's Cyberjaya, u don't expect ppl to bbb mode here. most buyers very cautious nowadays, and i believe those buyers mainly buy for own stay here.

Eco Ardence lagi steep price but sell like hot cakes. And it's also far from KL. Just my opinion.

Dont think it is hot....setia alam so cold now. Wonder wats the sales chart look like. Rimba villa in setia alam also slow..the take up much lower.

JoG or cyberjaya landed nowadays more for ownstayers...so dont expect it to be fully sold like those old days
