Hi guys, wondering what is the maintenance fee for semi d at SEG yeah? i asked the sales and she has no idea about it

It's according to the land size.

If not mistaken, Rm 0.17/sqft for lepironia gardens....island unit rm0.19/sqft.

Finally got a confirmation from SA, currently its RM 330 per month for west leporinia with the possibility of an increase depending on the residence committee

rm 0.17 psft charging by land size is accurate for LiuLi, range from rm 400+ to rm 1000+ without subsidy

rm 330 is subsidized rate for first 2 years

The Bund is for all island units.

There were talks to allow mainland units to access it also but not sure what the outcome.

This was not in the plan.
But it may has been change as I've not follow up for some time.

But I was told by SA that for Grasmere, there will be a link bridge to the Bund and all other island residents can walk thru Grasmere.
