meaning still can get free replacement?

I've 1 card expiring this month, but, it is the Tesco brand TNG card, wonder it is applicable for free replacement.

Can try since it's same month. Mine expired less than 30 days also cannot

But, I remember I see somewhere, those co-brand tng card not eligible for free replacement

Does anyone have experience dealing with missing transactions in the statement? I have many toll transactions not shown in the statement and CS asked me to give details, amount, date, time, toll location so that they can investigate... I am salesman and i go everywhere daily..

No specific mention on number of days, just said 1 month before.

Yes always i just ignore because eventually they show up on your statement either 1 or 2 week later or months later , i just mark red circle so my admin know when i submit for toll, parking,fuel claim purpose 😂

I made a mistake closing my TNG account on my IC (expiry March 2024), thinking that it will expire anyway and better to get my refund.

Now that I need to start using My50, my card is blocked and both TNG and RapidKL told me that I have to go and apply for a new IC card.

TIL that actually you can get a one time 3 years extension for your TNG tied to your IC.

i've asked last weekend... the counter clerk says exact 1 month (no more no less), which I find ludicrous

occasionally, after 5-10 years, i'd do mykad replacement on purpose (with minimal fee). i'd get a new phsyical card, new chip applets (if any, not that we know), new security features, and easier for app's ekyc process too.


maybe it's time for your to get a new card replaced, and with "newer expiry" tng applet inside mykad the process is very easy.

Has anyone tried using https://tngportal.touchngo.com.my/, to perform the refund of the remaining value in a TnG physical card, to TnG eWallet?


Let's say that the remaining value is RM 800 or more.


In this case, I still have the physical card, and the purpose is voluntary termination.


A search in this thread is that a selfie with IC / MyKad is required. Is it still applicable now?

yes

previously, it was >500 erefund limit to trigger selfie/mykad requirements. then they changed to "default" for all erefund requests.

If I am going to send my selfie with IC / MyKad via e-mail to TnG, I am quite concerned on how TnG will safeguard my personal data.


I would rather go to TnG Hub, and show my MyKad for identity verification, in order to voluntarily terminate the TnG physical card.


My intention is to transfer the remaining value in a TnG physical card, to TnG eWallet, since we cannot easily purchase TnG reload pin online, to reload TnG eWallet.

Just go to any Jaya Grocer (except Sunway Pyramid) and reload there. 50 cents fee per reload.

Don’t think anyone will let you know which station can use cc to reload TnG card.

About the new NFC cards with plain white design, has anyone placed a sticker label on it (or write on it with Sharpie pen or similar) and have the card still working fine?
