That's old way... now it's FREE for expiry card. I guess it's their fault to choose such a lousy system which expires.

Another rumor on FB is that using TnG at selected Parking terminal will cause the card to be "unusable" at Tolls. Harith Iskandar reported that problem brows.gif

The rebate is added to your existjng TnG balance ? I don't understand why need to go to their office ? Can't they just create a button called "REDEEM NOW"

Simple Advice : Just don't use TnG for parking. Period.

Effective 15 August 2016, Touch ‘n Go Hub @ KL Sentral will be relocated at :
Lot L2.07 Nu Sentral Shopping Mall,
No 201, Jalan Tun Sambanthan,
50470 Kuala Lumpur.

Last operation day for Touch ‘n Go Hub @ KL Sentral will be from 8.30am to 1.00pm on 13 August 2016 (Saturday).

A colleague went to TnG Hub @ Nu Sentral, they say not free to "upgrade". Maybe the info/memo not deliver yet.

With MyRapid TNG card, you can "subscribe" to the Weekly/Monthly package to get cheaper (cheaper than TnG) rides (for daily regular commuters only)
