QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Oct 25 2016, 10:47 PM) Reloaded RM200 at Jaya Grocer, Verve Mont Kiara. Used my Mastercard wave (on their CIMB terminal) and no signature required. Very fast and easy. Nice. Is CIMB terminals only the terminal that can accept Mastercard Contactless Cards? Correct me if I am wrong, but Maybank terminals can accept only Visa Paywave Cards.

Nowadays, do physical stores of Watsons allow customers to pay with physical Touch n' Go Card?

Has anyone tried using https://tngportal.touchngo.com.my/, to perform the refund of the remaining value in a TnG physical card, to TnG eWallet? Let's say that the remaining value is RM 800 or more. In this case, I still have the physical card, and the purpose is voluntary termination. A search in this thread is that a selfie with IC / MyKad is required. Is it still applicable now?

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Nov 25 2024, 05:29 PM) yes previously, it was >500 erefund limit to trigger selfie/mykad requirements. then they changed to "default" for all erefund requests. Thank you for your reply, cybpsych. If I am going to send my selfie with IC / MyKad via e-mail to TnG, I am quite concerned on how TnG will safeguard my personal data. I would rather go to TnG Hub, and show my MyKad for identity verification, in order to voluntarily terminate the TnG physical card. My intention is to transfer the remaining value in a TnG physical card, to TnG eWallet, since we cannot easily purchase TnG reload pin online, to reload TnG eWallet.
