I made a mistake closing my TNG account on my IC (expiry March 2024), thinking that it will expire anyway and better to get my refund.
Now that I need to start using My50, my card is blocked and both TNG and RapidKL told me that I have to go and apply for a new IC card. TIL that actually you can get a one time 3 years extension for your TNG tied to your IC. |
