Actually when I was using my sister's phone with iOS 6.x, there was this problem too.

And my iPhone 4 on iOS 7.x also had this problem.

I also noticed another irritation when using Whatsapp. When typing, the assistive touch button would be "pushed" to the top of the screen where I'd normally have it in the middle right. Sometimes it stays there at the top, sometimes it floats up for awhile, then goes back to original position.

Quite irritating and it only happens with Whatsapp. For other apps, it's a good girl and does what I tell it to: which is to stay where she's supposed to stay.

Another thing, I think it was promoted that you can reply messages from anywhere from the top Notification bar. Not sure if this applies to iMessage only cause I can't do it for Whatsapp. Maybe not fixed yet.

I can only click on the bar to shortcut me to Whatsapp. I think it works for Facebook Messenger although I didn't get to test it much.

why not try to downgrade, if the previous version working fine with your device.

So far I notice it's only happening in Whatsapp.

It's irritating because after I'm done with the message and want to exit Whatsapp, I can't reach the Assistive Touch button at the top with one hand. Trying not to use "Home" Button too much.

Whatsapp is my primary communication tool/app.

Most of the content mention wifi issue on 4S and long support pages for the apple support forum.

I don't face any bug on my 6. The major issue was whatsapp crashing and that has already stopped with the new whatsapp update.

I've got a friend with iPhone 6 on 8.1.1 and he accidentally exited a Whatsapp group we were in and now the group admin can't find him in the contact list to add him back into the group.. We're having a discussion in the group now trying to figure out if it's an iOS 8.1.1 issue coz no one else in the group is on 8.1.1, ha ha...

I also had this problem on whatsapp but I found the assistive touch button will move to the original position once u close the keyboard in the conversation.

hopefully 8.2 will fix all those bugs... but introduce another bug whereby allowing Android/iOS dual-boot

TV/Monitor screen flicker at 50/60/75Hz. There was a time Sony Trinitron 100Hz or is it Samsung/Panasonic ?
This is due to AC current behaviour at 50/60Hz.

Hence, when slow mo, this is captured.

Hence, it is not that noticeable, unless using scientific equipments.
