Try and claim at any official apple reseller in malaysia. They SHOULD entertain your request since their shop is mentioned in apple's website, under premium resellers.

Call the number 1800-80-6419, I got online friends had defective product, they usually arrange pickup and new unit shipping.

you need to call them, I don't know what is their arrangement now, you can insist for 1-1 swap, let see what do they response.

Is your set bought from Apple online? If yes, suggest you give a call to 1800806419 and report your problem. If you don't have any spare phone, tell them you can't leave the phone at service center and wait for new replacement.
