actually this promo only gives extra 1% extra smart$ for weekends, because you do get 2% smart$ on everyday use.

I call UOB CS to waive the AF for UOB One card. The CS said that AF cannot be waive but she can try to lodge a report for it.
If cannot waive the AF I will cancel the card end of this year since the petrol rebate cap also now the petrol price is cheaper.

Received text from UOB that the airport lounge priority pass now only available for Singapore and Malaysia.

my transaction hit 10k on the 1st week it self.

uob really cannot be trusted. i had called the CS, said my name is not in the winner list

if i have use amex, i will have get cash value about rm 200( 5x point) + rm50 for weekend = rm250.

n their petrol rebate only up to day 10 of the month

I totally agree with you! I am also the victim. I swap so much , and at the end they just entertain me by giving me Hi5 consert ticket. Where is the coffee maker I am waiting for???What the hell... Absolutely dissapointed with UOB.

aiyo too bad...just dont ever trust those campaign that bank offer...they are trying to get card holder spend spend spend...data is not transparent one, anyone they can choose to be winner...

i never trusted their campaigns since the CNY 2014 promotion..
luckily that was just RM100 though..
since then, whatever sh*t campaigns they promote i don't bother to see anymore..

oh btw, even the UOB friend introduce friends campaign they were trying to cheat me..
i introduced my friend, but never get the rebate until i called to the CS to ask, which i was sure my friend applied via me and get it approved already..
they pretend to be stupid and said the sh*tty system is not updated yet, i think if i did not call to CS, i won't receive any rebates from the campaign.

yeah, last time there's the weekly promo spend for grocery, but they never give me the cashback TWICE until i called. they told me it's based on first come first served, but i replied it's impossible i don't get because i spent on the first day and at the first few hours of the day (and it happened TWICE). if we don't call, they also pretend don't know...

If u spent it on first day and you may report your case to uob.

But, 10 days anything can happen.

Did u request UOB to report a case to their mgmt to check? May be u can get it.
