I dun understand why developer will launch and build their 1st phase right in the middle of the entire parcel and upon VP, your surrounding areas are still under development, the noise dust and heavy vehicles continue to pass thru your taman day in day out.

Major earthworks will be completed when 1st phase VPed. As for new phases development, every township will face this problem too.

Looking at DPC, after so many years VPed, they will still build a condo right in front of your entrance. ..

If not mistaken, they the sales package has changed. with additional 3% rebate?

Vic, the railing almost same as DPC's earlier phase as per below. Not bad lah, based on picture. Also, the footpath in DPC is not all standard, some are same as Tamansari's but those around the lake are wider.

The tiles on the shower wall are too funky for my liking. Looks cheap...I would have preferred a plain one.
