Just wondering, with Solar Hot Water... Do we still need the electric Hot Water Storage Tank as a backup?

How do we ensure that this electric backup system dont mix up with the solar hot water system?

If you're using solar, then you simply link it to the nearest switch to the solar unit/tank -  the 'link it'  meant electrical wiring or hot water piping? The panels are generating hot water straight to a storage tanks right?

Sounds like a good idea, should we push for the extra hot water piping only or let BRDB to package it together with a good solar panel of our group choice?

Yeah... Dont mind to top up a lil' even if i dont opt for solar panel in future but at least have that provision allowed for

Aiya, it boils down to whether they want to do or not. I wasn't the only fella requesting for such things in DPC after I bought the house. My neighbour, who owns a timber flooring company, also requested to DPC to use his own timber materials. And they gave in!

So IMO, more people ask, more likely they will give in. Keep it coming folks...

They should allow flexibility so that we don't have to hack the walls and incur expensive reno after completion.

Hey guys, I am about to pay booking for Camelia type D. What bothers me a lot is the inclusion of bath tub in the toilet of master bedroom. Personally, I think the bath tub design is so-so, bulky, and the sharp ends are really dangerous. I requested my SA Ken to not install the bath tub and I am even willing to pay for that. Am I the only one who think the bath tub design is so poor and unnecessary?

That was my first impression too when i visited the showroom, the house was so bright all the time
