I beg to differ ler, it think these design are better than Acacia Park & M Residence 1.
Anyway beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
At least they don't come up with some weird spanish design.
*
Agree with you, simple design tend to last longer time, most important the layout practical

Anggun 3 is standalone and isolated at the other side of Jalan Batu Arang.
BRDB is a township with 10 years master plan, got price push factors.
*
You mean 3 storey linkhouse tamansari can sell higher price than anggun3 semi d?

It is not just a 3 storey house, it has the unique concept with the courtyard design.
Price wise, Anggun 3 Semi D is cheaper, as the price was fixed > 1 year ago. But we need to look at the whole package.
Disclaimer, i am not the buyer for both the projects.
*
Type A & D the length of the house very short, only 35ft long, nett build up around 2600sf and only have 3 rooms

Type B & F courtyard design is good but the living hall & dining area relatively small and all the room no balcony

anggun 3, anggun 2 and anggun 1 very near to commercial area.. noisy...unsafety....traffic jam...

but semi d will be better price compare to superlink..if with same built up area.
*
Anggun 1 2 3 all gated and guarded, mostly semi d and bungalow, perimeter security fencing with CCTV

Anggun 3 semiD= 3600+ sf

Tamamsari Type C = 4000+ sf
*
Anggun3 semi d nett build up ~ 3500sf

Taman sari type c nett build up ~ 3700sf

Both also 30ft wide but living and dining area for tamansari type c relatively small as they build the staircase in the middle of house

Anggun 3 semiD = buying a house with private outdoor space

Taman Sari = buying lifestyle

Both also worth considering smile.gif
*
Buy semi d with extra land, gated and guarded with private clubhouse not buying lifestyle?

Anggun 3 surrounded by the low-cost housing as per the master plan, also the Hindu Temple, Curry Powder factory.
If you are OK with the above, then Anggun 3 semi d is a better buy.
*
No more low cost housing nowadays, only affordable house like what Selangor Government have launched two weeks before in m residence 2.

May I know what problem does Hindu temple really make?

For the food industrial opposite hill top area, I didn't smell anything most of the time when I visit.

Well it really depends on what kind of lifestyle you are looking at. I'm refering to the whole Taman sari's masterplan of 265acres
*
Whole Anggun township is 700 acres excluding Guocoland

There are still differences between low-cost housing and affordable home.
Affordable home can be priced up to RM300-400K, whilst low-cost flats are priced at 42K.

Some can smell curry powder, some could not, some are ok staying close to place of worship, some are not. It's subjective.
*
Hi cheahcw2003, no more 42k low cost flat development in this area, for more info can visit their sales office next to aeon and most of the time I visit the site can't smell the curry powder

loserz,

please go to check anggun 3 semi d...  since you buy the same area and with almost the same price and same built up...

in term of sub sale value .. semi d is better than super link with same buit up...it have bigger land...
if no more, then no need to compare...
*
Did you buy tamansari?
