am not sure about klang...but the rest definitely not the original klang valley....

to make comparison better I will use the current LRT/MRT route as the original klang valley.

1mil you hardly can get a proper strata titled landed in cyber. Those FnG ones yes a few.

but one must live in cyber to realise that cyber has its pros and cons as well. Cyber in my book is NOT a bed of roses. You need to make some adjustments to your lifestyles as well.

3 storey is ok if you have young children....lets the children sleep top floor....

but must have junior suite on 1st floor lah for parents.....

BTW I doubt that the Tai Sui Tou Restaurant/foodcourt will be any good...

15yrs ago my link house pun sudah ada
10yrs ago my condo under 1mio sudah ada...
and 2yrs ago, my friends link house in cyber pun ada...... biggrin.gif

The kota kemuning links cost only rm200k or thereabout from developer
My subang home only cost 400k.
The condo only sold for 800k
My friends link also cost under 1mio just 2 yrs back .

Usually u need to install boiler at each bathroom. Hopefully hot water will also go to your taps and bath tub.

Unfortunately malaysia home hardly developers will provide centralised boiler...

If its schedule h...they are all standard...
If there is variation...it works in your favour...bcos u didnt initial them....easier to bring them to court.

I dun understand why developer will launch and build their 1st phase right in the middle of the entire parcel and upon VP, your surrounding areas are still under development, the noise dust and heavy vehicles continue to pass thru your taman day in day out.
