QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Jan 14 2017, 11:26 PM) Hopefully can start seeing some preliminary works for the traffic light junction... Just went last week, didnt see any work at the junction but they are widening the road inside taman sari (and the bridge crossing the river), which is the preparation for the traffic light junction since it's 2 lane each way i think. Amaryllis looks like 70% complete and a around 3 rows of Camelia have about 30% complete. As the clubhouse needs to be completed together with Ama, it's catching up!

Vic, looking at the bathtub area, there are 2 pipes underneath i.e. black and white. Are they hot and cold water pipes? I suppose the white is for hot water? What material is that?
Also, for the shower areas, are these 2 types of pipes also running there?

The maid bathroom don't have ppr piping for hot water storage tank.

Look at the masterplan map. Shows that the showhouses will be 2 lines. So the current units will be extended sideways and to the front I.e. temporary clubhouse and showroom demolished?

The masterplan is just purely representative la, they can do anything to that "commercial" land that the showroom + clubhouse sits on.. Maybe shoplots, maybe a small retail space at the end of the day

Went to the site today.. was surprised that amaryllis is so much lower than the main road. Main road = almost 3rd floor. If ur unit is not facing the main road then u r fine. Camellia is higher and catching up really fast.

Normally houses that are lower than the road level have a lower resale value compared to those which are on par or higher than the road level. If you believe in fengshui, some will say it is like a sword slicing the house. Me no believe but I bought one somewhere inside with a view of the hills.
