I noticed the road leading to our house namely "persiaran sepang" was slightly barricaded (but the gap was big enough for cars to drive through), the surrounding was pretty quiet since other projects are still on going and it's quite dark around LPR. My point is, if vp by march, how many of you will find it safe to move in?

3-4months to get developer to fix what ever under the defect liability period.
3-4month to do your own Reno.
Move in early Jan2018. Hopefully by then main structure of LPR phase 2 condo completed and those landed Lake Front project completed too. Less workers, less lorry, less dust.

As for Symphony next door, hopefully some one plant some tall trees/bushes or put up a high billboard/banner along the road to cover the ever ongoing project.

-Any idea what's going with the main road construction? not sure whether it is just routine work or workers are installing fibre optics cable underground. Hopefully can get TIME Broadband fibre optics internet connection tho' That will be fast and reliable.

-Our main road, Persiaran Sepang is a pretty long stretch, anyone knows whether there will be U-Turns towards Setia Eco Glades somewhere along that or only at traffic lights? Will make going to MEX highway via SEG a lot faster than making a big U-Turn passing through via Pangea, Cyberview and The ARC. Thinking with the many developments there, I'm sure this main road will be very busy during peak hours especially with Union opening soon plus futhermore Gov. District Hospital Cyberjaya in the plans as well. cheers.

Rather low density project. Doubt can generate enough volume for mini market to survive.
