In 1 of the photo above, seem like they already start constructing the "club house / condo facilities" between the 2 blocks of condo? 3-4storey high.

Thanks for sharing the updated photos. Nice.
Noted that the 5-6 storey structure in between the planned 2 blocks of condo is up. Developer constructing the club house/condo facilities before the condo itself?? |

Hopefully the condo construction can be accelerated so that landed owner don't need to suffer the dust from condo construction for too long a period, post handover.

QUOTE(R o Y @ Mar 23 2016, 06:56 PM) The Lake Point Residence Condo show unit on-site almost completed. Official launching should be within the next few months. Show unit on-site? Means road access would be ready leading to condo, passing through the link house? |

QUOTE(jumalij23 @ Aug 23 2016, 05:54 PM) Atleast can cover the whole car coz malaysia always raining, half-porch or no-porch style only suitable for foreigen country. Hope it will not too difficult process to get permission to extend the porch or maybe can add roof just keep the raindrop away. Hopefully management permit car porch extension but restrict it to 1 or 2 design only. |

QUOTE(Cabinda @ Aug 24 2016, 04:43 PM) I like this development also, big build up and looks really nice also.. just that after some forumer pointed out, then only i realized the condo are really close to the house... too bad... Minus out the 1 row (<8units) facing the condo, maybe the remaining 1/3 are close to the condo, with sight of condo on your left or on your right. It boils down to the ambient and beauty of the facade upon completion, lighting may be crucial in giving it a good upmarket feel. From Security perspective, Aggregate units of all 4 phases (landed + condo) is circa 600units, which I think still manageable and Ok for today's standards. Nowadays even those large scale landed only residential/guarded development are launching at maybe 500units per guarded perimeter? Not to mention those 3-4k units condo development. |

QUOTE(radiax @ Aug 30 2016, 11:03 AM) Club house looks good progress, too bad facilities only for condo residents right? Separate boom gate for terrace houses near the main guardhouse I suppose or the plan already scrapped off. The last I heard it's not been decided if club house just for condo or all Lake Point residence including the terrace owner. The club house structure is like 5 storey high. Is there a viewing deck or some facility at the top or solely to give the club house a more commanding look? This post has been edited by Magpies9: Aug 30 2016, 09:32 PM |

Construction looks rather advance and infact seems completed, way before it's targeted mid 2017 VP.
Any chance it could be VP by end of this year? |

QUOTE(Rustyee @ Nov 26 2016, 08:50 PM) I noticed the road leading to our house namely "persiaran sepang" was slightly barricaded (but the gap was big enough for cars to drive through), the surrounding was pretty quiet since other projects are still on going and it's quite dark around LPR. My point is, if vp by march, how many of you will find it safe to move in? March17 VP.3-4months to get developer to fix what ever under the defect liability period. 3-4month to do your own Reno. Move in early Jan2018. Hopefully by then main structure of LPR phase 2 condo completed and those landed Lake Front project completed too. Less workers, less lorry, less dust. As for Symphony next door, hopefully some one plant some tall trees/bushes or put up a high billboard/banner along the road to cover the ever ongoing project. |
