Any idea what are they constructing on the piece of land to the right side of LPR?

Bottom left corner of the master plan says "kedai kos rendah". Guess the apartment are low cost walk up apartments?

In 1 of the photo above, seem like they already start constructing the "club house / condo facilities" between the 2 blocks of condo? 3-4storey high.

Car porch roof seem too short, can cover half a car?

Noted that the 5-6 storey structure in between the planned 2 blocks of condo is up. Developer constructing the club house/condo facilities before the condo itself??

Hopefully the condo construction can be accelerated so that landed owner don't need to suffer the dust from condo construction for too long a period,post handover.

Show unit on-site? Means road access would be ready leading to condo, passing through the link house?

The main security entrance and proposed boom gate at entrance of phase 1 would be just a very short distance away? Literally stone throw?

Any extra special rebate for existing buyer of Lake Point? Afterall at most only 70ppl qualify for it.

Mail box structure seem to be in the way. Can park 2 sedan parallel or not?

Hopefully management permit car porch extension but restrict it to 1 or 2 design only.

From View perspective,
Minus out the 1 row (<8units) facing the condo, maybe the remaining 1/3 are close to the condo, with sight of condo on your left or on your right. It boils down to the ambient and beauty of the facade upon completion, lighting may be crucial in giving it a good upmarket feel.

From Security perspective,
Aggregate units of all 4 phases (landed + condo) is circa 600units, which I think still manageable and Ok for today's standards. Nowadays even those large scale landed only residential/guarded development are launching at maybe 500units per guarded perimeter? Not to mention those 3-4k units condo development.

The last I heard it's not been decided if club house just for condo or all Lake Point residence including the terrace owner.

The club house structure is like 5 storey high. Is there a viewing deck or some facility at the top or solely to give the club house a more commanding look?

Received invitation from developer for their mid-autumn festival event this sat evening. On site.
May go see see....check out construction progress at the same time.

Construction looks rather advance and infact seems completed, way before it's targeted mid 2017 VP.

Any chance it could be VP by end of this year?

3-4months to get developer to fix what ever under the defect liability period.
3-4month to do your own Reno.
Move in early Jan2018. Hopefully by then main structure of LPR phase 2 condo completed and those landed Lake Front project completed too. Less workers, less lorry, less dust.

As for Symphony next door, hopefully some one plant some tall trees/bushes or put up a high billboard/banner along the road to cover the ever ongoing project.

Rather low density project. Doubt can generate enough volume for mini market to survive.
