Went to see our house today and I have to say I am very satisfied... Noticed for every room there is at least 3 power point (cant really recall for the room on ground floor), which is great because I don't have to spend extra funds on renovation / hack into our walls for rewiring and so on... Also just to share the basins, toilet bowls and bath tub are Johnson Suisse brand... The railing on the second floor balcony seems rather simple, I understand that we not allowed to change the exterior design but lol I feel like changing the railing to glass divider similar to that of our staircase... Any idea if developer will install house alarm for us? So that we dont need to install grills next to windows / sliding door... A friend of mine (owner in SEG) told us that laser sensor alarms (not sure if its true, anyone can share?) are installed hence they don't need to install grills...

Hi guys, I passby lake point residence ("LPR") yesterday night as I was in cyberjaya for my friend's open house in setia eco glades. I noticed the road leading to our house namely "persiaran sepang" was slightly barricaded (but the gap was big enough for cars to drive through), the surrounding was pretty quiet since other projects are still on going and it's quite dark around LPR. My point is, if vp by march, how many of you will find it safe to move in?

Also I noticed the fence surrounding LPR is pretty low, and I was previously told that it should be a wall instead. I also expected the wall / fence to be higher for safety reasons (something similar to that when you turn into setia eco glades when driving from LPR's direction). Anyone have any idea if our developer plans to build a higher wall around LPR aside to the current fence? Any thoughts will be welcome, thanks!

No idea bout the main road construction.. but i do hope that they are installing fibre optic cables as you mentioned:)

As for the u-turn, i second your thoughts.. or maybe if granted by city council, to have a junction directly in front of LPR, allowing us to head towards SEG even without the need for a u-turn..

Don't plan to let go at that price range.

Doubt there are any units left for sale at this moment. Maybe few units are still under our developer, thats if they do release them.
