backyard facing no man land is ok...
but backyard back facing another row....you literally can shake hand with your neigbours......who ever provides you with pix here just dun want to share it here nia.......
I think the diff shades of browns denote diff width of the house, 20 vs 22.....I stand corrected.

QUOTE(jumalij23 @ Aug 24 2016, 11:08 AM) The terrace houses comes in two slightly different color touch is it? dark brown and light brown, i like dark brown instead of light brown i thought all will get same color. The fence looks okay even though its mesh, developer use high end mesh fence like we can see around putra heights and bukit jelutong and not green color type. backyard looks good and wide Thanks for the lovely picture you sent anonymous552235!! You r welcome bro QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Aug 24 2016, 11:47 AM) backyard facing no man land is ok... but backyard back facing another row....you literally can shake hand with your neigbours......who ever provides you with pix here just dun want to share it here nia....... The 10ft backlane is standard and you see it narrow mainly because the house built up is maximized with footprint extended to the edge. Malaysians generally like to extend their house to add more built up and developer has done that for them, even more crucial for strata as no external extension is generally allowed.

What if the fire break out in the middle of the row, are the fireman going to pull water hose all away from the corner? or the fireman using motor bike to go in back lane? I like this development also, big build up and looks really nice also.. just that after some forumer pointed out, then only i realized the condo are really close to the house... too bad... Unless your concern is whether this 10ft width already take the bomba into consideration. In any cases, I believe the bomba will pull the hose from the firestation not from neighbor house.

In any case for residential parcels of land surely need hydrants to cover a certain radius as required by Bomba.

From View perspective, Minus out the 1 row (<8units) facing the condo, maybe the remaining 1/3 are close to the condo, with sight of condo on your left or on your right. It boils down to the ambient and beauty of the facade upon completion, lighting may be crucial in giving it a good upmarket feel. From Security perspective, Aggregate units of all 4 phases (landed + condo) is circa 600units, which I think still manageable and Ok for today's standards. Nowadays even those large scale landed only residential/guarded development are launching at maybe 500units per guarded perimeter? Not to mention those 3-4k units condo development.

Units facing condo will have more parking spaces infront and wider backyard since no other house back and front. Plus easy to lookout for the kids playing at the playground bcoz not so far from their window. Some buyer prioritize those things before go for view and lighting.
Developer start to built the playground and the green area yet? Anybody can share playground progress..
