Next to lake point is the dreaded supposedly low /affordable multi housing project which was abandoned over 6 years plus by Luxtar company. Heard they managed to resume back. Not sure this type of project will have an overall impact on market value to lake point itself. Not sure about the other land next to LPR opposite Roponggi. Maybe mixed development project. Not sure tho.

No one will buy from them liao. Kena once tak cukup wanna kena again? They ll likely sell the land. They have no chamce..reputation is gone.

Yeah can use by everyone ...its a public road ...those roads in between SEG is all public road

well they still have to fix the fallen bridge if u r heading west to Elite 

but there should be a road to puchong heading north too based on the plan near SEG....noneed to go such a long way anymore haha

right now there is a pass towards puchong but its dirt road (its part of the plan, but whether the road actually materialise is another story...)

Looks the progress very smooth, everytime pass by here can see they add up something..

When is expected vp for phase 1? Looks pretty fast...what happens if inished earlier than expected? Most prob they will hand in keys pnce at least phase 1 to 3 constructions completed right?

On second note, really hope security is good from fencing, guard, patrol..etc at least till jmc takes over. Few break ins already reportrd in even big residential areas ie garden residences, probably minute tho'

While construction is ongoing on the later phases, there will be temporary barrier between the phases under construction and the completed phases.
