this developer have huge budget for this project, no need to wait loan disbursement to make progress. not good for investor though sweat.gif , any news on condo sales?

Is the Luxtar project resuming back? Hope they continue with high end residential.

No no, AA BB are corner or end lot. A n B are intermediate 22x70.

Yesss!! Plus point for lake point residence as well, no need to go around to reach LPR which quite near to the toll gate actually.

Road heading north to puchong? Which is this?

Hope they execute a proper road, but dirt road also can use SUV then no problem laa.. Hehe

Yeah safety/security is number one priority for all residence, plus our houses come with no individual fence right? Staring to worry already😞😞😞
