Looking good!!

Value for money product... Siap overdeliver give free built in water heater...that one is expensive woh with copper wiring and such... |

The developer already half way through the carpark levels.
Will be interesting to see the prices. On other note, the progress is fast for the landed. |

Hopefully the condo construction can be accelerated so that landed owner don't need to suffer the dust from condo construction for too long a period,post handover.

The Lake Point Residence Condo show unit on-site almost completed. Official launching should be within the next few months.
Pricing and Package that the developer showed us look good so far, but probably will still tweak after we have studied in details and given feedback. Targeted towards first time home buyers and young family.     |

In the 3rd photo, you can see the Condo Clubhouse and carpark podium already under construction. Piling and foundation work for the condo already completed
