UPDATE on Lake Point Condominium:

- Targeted to start early bird preview by next month

- Sizes from 900sf+ onwards

- Pricing and package not yet finalized, but looks like it will be in the region of 450psf+ onwards

Any extra special rebate for existing buyer of Lake Point? Afterall at most only 70ppl qualify for it. smile.gif

Is this still considered cheap when 3-storey garden residence now is selling at rm9xxk?

Bigger size and more reputable developer and completed!

one year ago iproperty is flooded with 9xxk units from GR, but they are never available even you call on the same day it is posted. so its a good deal if the seller is desperate.

Well, even if it was a genuine motivated seller at that price, one house its hardly reflective of the overall prices at GR. It's just 1 good opportunity for 1 lucky buyer.

There are still buyers out there who prefer to buy first hand from the developer compared to subsale because:
- Lower entry packaged from rebates
- Legal fees paid by developer
- MOT Stamp Duty only due at a much later date
- 24 month defect liability

Some also only plan to move in at a much later date, so prefer buying under-construction properties.

Whereas for those who need to move-in faster, that subsale unit presents a good opportunity

Always there are good deals around...not to say Now. Soft market, best time for ownstayer to hunt for their home. Having said that, one or two transaction may not represent all units. It has to count on avg price.
