you can't understand english? ok, put it this way, you don't give constructive comments, or ask the right questions. 99% of the time, you just give nonsense comments, no value added, no nothing. and then you end your sentence justifying that you are a newbie and you hope to be forgiven for your nonsense comments? just stop commenting if all that's gonna come from you is nonsense.

I am referring to them being inexperienced in Malaysia context. Malaysian buyers and the property appetite is a little different.  Also the laws and regulations here may not be immediately known to them. I agree they have invested too much to make it fail. If I can use an analogy if I want to hire a manager in banking industry one with experience in another line but a young chap which u know will have energy and drive vs another has many years in the same industry,  knows the ins and outs of the banking eco systems and both asking for same pay, who are u more inclined to hire? I will certainly 'tepuk dada tanya selera'
