Some photos taken at this construction site yesterday. Progressing very quickly. Still wondering why the developer mixing the white & red bricks.

Do note however that all of the lower priced houses have already been sold, and the developer has done one round of price increase.

The price of the currently available Type A & B units are approximately 5%-6% higher now but still good value at just below RM330psf

A  typical car parking lot is 8' width and for 2 sedan parking comfortably... you only need 16ft width of clear access. Not sure about the 20' variance but for 22' width LPR, the space is more than wide enough to park 2 cars comfortably as the column and mailbox are set to the edge of the house.

Some agents posted the latest interior photos.. The developer already installed the laminated flooring on 1st and 2nd floor.

Wat is wrong been close to condo?

I know its personal preference...
But would like to know what hold u back for liing close to condo especially they are not sharing the same guard house.

I believe the vacant land beside Lake Point is earmarked for low(er) cost apartments also.

Dear all sifus,

I just came back from the sales gallery today and i kinda like the project. However, i have a small question to ask before i decide whether to buy a unit for own stay.

My preference has always been to have a balcony, but for this particular project i am priced out of it for those types with balcony. Then the SA show me their show unit which is Type C or CC (forgotten) which is nice also but without balcony. My concerns are if i were to make part of the yard as wet kitchen and also with washing machine there, where am i suppose to dry up my clothes? I tried using clothes dryer as well but to be honest i still like it being dried up by sunlight if possible. I am looking to buy my first home for self stay and sorry for my noobie question.

I get some photo from my agent when i asked progress... by the way, the building process is really show as sometimes i pass by and there are still the same with few weeks gap between... Hope this developer give us a quality product at the end..
