QUOTE(Lee Wang Yin @ Sep 15 2015, 11:53 AM) thanks for sharing again... they could have atleast given the 2x2 tiles and the clay bricks... by the way what it means by dmc? by the way you guys don't bother about the missing dividing wall at the front yard is it? like no privacy... what if your neighbor have a pet? [attachmentid=4949283] and it seems like they are using mixed bricks... but wonder if half of it are actually clay brick or the colored concrete brick. [attachmentid=4949285] will decide to buy by this weekend.... hope the units are still available (incase if i decide to buy ) how many more units available? planning for own stay?

QUOTE(R o Y @ Oct 29 2015, 12:07 PM) The land size, built-up and starting price info is on the 1st post in this topic. Do note however that all of the lower priced houses have already been sold, and the developer has done one round of price increase. The price of the currently available Type A & B units are approximately 5%-6% higher now but still good value at just below RM330psf Roy, any changes to the overall masterplan? They'll launch landed Phase 2 or the condo first?

QUOTE(gks @ Jun 29 2016, 10:03 AM) A typical car parking lot is 8' width and for 2 sedan parking comfortably... you only need 16ft width of clear access. Not sure about the 20' variance but for 22' width LPR, the space is more than wide enough to park 2 cars comfortably as the column and mailbox are set to the edge of the house. Some agents posted the latest interior photos.. The developer already installed the laminated flooring on 1st and 2nd floor. https://www.facebook.com/LakePointResidence...033233063437647Looking good

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Aug 24 2016, 08:23 AM) I know its personal preference... But would like to know what hold u back for liing close to condo especially they are not sharing the same guard house. I went to the site and don't feel comfortable with the condo too near the landed house. Also, even if not same guard house I believe it's sharing same compound and not fence up to differentiate landed and condo compound.

QUOTE(anonymous552235 @ Aug 23 2016, 09:34 PM) QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Aug 24 2016, 09:44 AM) IC. thank you for sharing. I believe the vacant land beside Lake Point is earmarked for low(er) cost apartments also. See this photo, the condo parking podium can be seen at the back. Anyway, if can put all these aside, the house itself is good size and furnishing looks good.

QUOTE(melvynlyc @ Jul 2 2017, 12:37 AM) Dear all sifus, I just came back from the sales gallery today and i kinda like the project. However, i have a small question to ask before i decide whether to buy a unit for own stay. My preference has always been to have a balcony, but for this particular project i am priced out of it for those types with balcony. Then the SA show me their show unit which is Type C or CC (forgotten) which is nice also but without balcony. My concerns are if i were to make part of the yard as wet kitchen and also with washing machine there, where am i suppose to dry up my clothes? I tried using clothes dryer as well but to be honest i still like it being dried up by sunlight if possible. I am looking to buy my first home for self stay and sorry for my noobie question. Many thanks in advance for any kind feedback. For majority of condo, u r not supposed to hang clothes at balcony. So having balcony doesn't mean can dry your clothes there. Some condo r strict while some r not. Also most of the time the yard doesn't get enough sunlight to dry up the clothes. So in the end u will still rely on the dryer most of the time.
